The idea of a phone-as-gateway follows textbee (MIT); Sparetext is written separately and shares no code with it. Instant wake-ups use the public ntfy.sh service. The Android and iPhone apps list their own licences in their settings.
The MIT licence, in short: permission is granted, free of charge, to use, copy, modify and distribute the software, provided the copyright notice and permission notice are included; the software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.
